Visitors to Jersey will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to wander around St. Helier as nearly all pavements have dropped curb areas.
Shopmobility can be found in Sand Street lower car park in St. Helier. You can hire scooters and wheelchairs, powered and manual and additional bathroom equipment. Free parking for those hiring equipment. If you are travelling by Liberty bus from the airport, they will deliver a scooter to meet you at the bus station! That’s what I call service!!

There are now many more wheelchair accessible taxis in Jersey but usually need booking in advance – nighttime service is not so good!
